Most products purchased from a ClickSolve vendor can be returned for refund within the first 30 days of your purchase.

Since some of the products we offer are non-tangible irrevocable goods such as software downloaded directly to your computer, they may not be eligible for a full refund once the product is delivered and/or installed on your computer.
